Please, keep in mind that our products are hand made for each order. Depending on the time of the year and the order itself it may take from two days to several days to process your order. If you require the products sooner than this we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.

We will ship your order using Royal Mail First Class or Second Class. You will get a confirmation email when your order ships.

However if you are coming to Cambridge you can collect the items from us at no extra cost. And you can spend a bit of time enjoying this beautiful town! In order to do this just select the Store Pickup option at checkout. You can also select cheque as payment method and pay us by cheque or cash when you collect your candles.

Delivery Address Options

You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. Simply complete the chosen delivery address details on the order form.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about the received products. We accept returns of goods provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt and are returned unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending back the product (you can do this from your account or you can use the general Contact Us form.
